Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults navigating PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and the lasting effects of trauma. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic interventions informed by polyvagal theory. Together, we work to understand how past experiences may continue to shape thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the nervous system, while building greater safety, self-understanding, and connection in the present.

Eye Movement Desensitization

and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain process difficult or overwhelming experiences that may still feel emotionally or physically present long after they happened. Rather than requiring you to talk through every detail of what happened, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements or tapping, to support the brain’s natural processing system. Over time, this can help reduce the intensity of distressing memories, lessen triggers and emotional reactivity, and create a greater sense of calm and safety in the present. Many people find that experiences that once felt overwhelming become easier to think about without feeling as consumed by them.

Brainspotting

Uses the connection between your visual field, body, and nervous system to help process experiences that may feel stuck or difficult to put into words. During a session, you and your therapist identify a specific point in your field of vision that seems connected to what you are experiencing, and you gently focus your attention there while noticing thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This allows you to work with the experience without having to analyze or explain every detail. Brainspotting can help reduce emotional intensity, release physical tension, and support a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection with yourself.

Areas of Focus

Trauma symptoms don’t always occur on their own, and other concerns can impact how you feel, function, and connect with others. When co-occurring concerns are present, we’ll make space for those in therapy too, with treatment tailored to the full picture of what you’re experiencing. I also work with a range of concerns that may occur alongside trauma or bring you to therapy for other reasons, including:
