About Me

I’m an Ohio native and a licensed clinical social worker who has spent my career working with people navigating trauma and difficult life experiences. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Bowling Green State University in 2015 and my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2016. During my graduate training, I completed an internship focused on holistic and evidence-based approaches to trauma treatment, which helped shape the way I approach therapy today. My experience spans inpatient care, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient counseling, as well as developing outpatient programming within hospital settings to support women impacted by trauma. I’m especially passionate about working with PTSD, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and attachment-related wounds. I believe healing happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore what has shaped you without judgment.
